We have one full-time position available for an administrative professional to coordinate varied office operations for a multi-faceted unit within our agency.
The Administrative Assistant will:
§ Provide confidential administrative and clerical support
§ Establish filing procedures; prepare, index, file, and retrieve records and documents.
§ Complete special or confidential documents, projects, and reports
§ Serve as liaison with public officials, department heads, constituents, media, and general public
§ Receive, screen, and verify information (e.g., forms, requests, reports, applications, petitions, etc.)
Successful candidate will have:

Minimum Requirements:
§
Completion of secondary education
§
Resident of Ohio (to be eligible to become Ohio
Notary Public)
§
Demonstrable knowledge of English grammar,
spelling, and punctuation
Starting salary range:
§ $29,220 to $35,072 per year commensurate with experience.
