CURES Opioid State Targeted Response Grant
The HCMRHSB has been awarded $1,950,220 from Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) originating from the 21st Cures Opioid State Targeted Response grant. Ohio received $26 million in federal funding during 2017 to help fight the opioid epidemic through the 21st Century Cures Act. HCMHRSB funding will be used to support strategies to augment access to addiction treatment and recovery services including expansion of access to medication assisted treatment and expanding/enhancing immediately actionable strategies such as Quick Response Team projects.
Shared Health and Recovery Enterprise System (SHARES)
SHARES is a health care information management system developed collaboratively among the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga County and the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Board of Franklin County. SHARES supports management of client enrollment, benefit management, provider contracting, payment processing, and utilization and outcome management. The system includes Incedo Web (for Board processing), Incedo Provider Connect (provider portal), and various administrative tools and applications including Phaseware (Helpdesk) and FIAT (fiscal interface).
