Mental Health Access Point (MHAP) is the front door to access community mental health services in Hamilton County for youth, families or adults. MHAP operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer calls, provide information and referrals and connect clients to appropriate services.
Recovery Health Access Center (RHAC) is a centralized 24-hour service center providing a full continuum of substance abuse services including information and referrals supporting individuals and families throughout the treatment process.
