Required materials and info for scheduling at MHRSB

Conference Room Scheduling Process

                    

All necessary materials are located at the bottom of this webpage.

  1. Read the Conference Room Rules

  2. Complete the Meeting Preparedness Quiz

  3. Fill out the Scheduling Request Form

  4. Complete the Conference Room Checklist and submit it to the receptionist prior to your meeting

Eligibility for Authorized Use

    1. Meetings that employee is involved in as part of his/her normal work activities (i.e., the MHRSB employee is present at the meeting or normally present for ongoing meetings).
    2. MHRSB contract agencies for MHRSB related activities.
    3. OhioMHAS
    4. Other County Agencies

Uses Not Authorized

    1. Provision of billable services such as group or individual therapy sessions (exceptions to this occur when the billable service is part of a meeting such as a worker accompanying a consumer to a meeting with the MHRSB Client’s Rights Officer).
    2. Meetings for activities not falling under the mission of the MHRSB (i.e., recreational activities, non-MHRSB related clubs, non-MHRSB functions of contract providers, non-profit or for-profit organizations without a MHRSB mission, neighborhood groups without MHRSB staff involvement).
    3. Partisan political activities
    4. Any event in which the organization sponsoring the event is profiting from the event
