Crisis and Emergency Services

Hamilton County has a continuum of crisis and emergency services that range from 24 hour phone intervention to psychiatric emergency room.

MCT is a mobile clinical team trained to respond to mental health emergencies in the community. Mobile Crisis is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 am and Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. Crisis calls after hours will be answered by a mental health professional by calling 513-584-5098.

Mental Health Access Point (MHAP) provides authorization for Crisis Stabilization services in Hamilton County for both Adults and Children.

Medically monitored facility that provides an alternative to or a step-down from psychiatric hospitalization.

A safe, therapeutic living environment to assist children and adolescents who display moderate to severe emotional or mental health concerns or who have become a risk to their own safety or the safety of others.
